              2. Duration of processing and storage of personal data

                The personal data of the User will be processed by the Data Controller for the only period of time necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing referred to in Article 3 above, after which they will be kept only in compliance with the legal obligations in force, for purposes of administrative type and / or to assert or defend a right in the event of litigation and pre-litigation.
